Kulpi Port – pro active government measures needed

Kulpi Port – had been mooted 15 years back on the bank of Hooghly river in West Bengal. Land acquisition and infrastructure development which are pre-requisites should have been taken proactively by the state but it is sleepy. Now, an experienced DP World has majority stake in the promoting company, things may change.
